ABOUT AURIGA SYSTEMS

KNX building control,
engineered for the U.S.

Auriga Systems designs professional KNX smart-building hardware for the U.S. market: architectural keypads, touch panels, DIN-rail actuators and system devices that put lighting, climate, shading and energy on one open standard.

What Auriga Systems is

Auriga Systems is a smart-building hardware company. We design KNX devices — architectural keypads, touch panels, DIN-rail actuators, power supplies and gateways — engineered for the U.S. market: 110 V-ready electronics, UL-listed bus cable and adapters for standard U.S. 4×4 in electrical boxes. Lighting, climate, shading and energy control run on one open standard instead of a closed proprietary ecosystem.

Who it serves

Auriga sells to professionals: smart-home and AV integrators, architects and interior designers, luxury residential developers, electrical contractors and hospitality operators. The same product line scales from a single residence to multifamily and light-commercial portfolios.

How the system works

Every Auriga device speaks KNX — the open worldwide standard for building control. Wall keypads and touch panels connect to the same twisted-pair bus as the dimming, relay and shutter actuators in the electrical cabinet. Devices with KNX Secure encrypt their bus traffic, and the whole installation is commissioned with ETS through the Auriga IP interface. Because the standard is open, an Auriga installation is serviceable by any KNX-certified professional — not locked to one vendor.

Working with architects and designers

The visible layer of the system is architectural hardware: Waltz glass keypads in five finishes, the S-series with its integrated status display and proximity sensor, and flush-mounted touch panels. Public product pages carry specifications, finishes and downloadable PDF datasheets for specification work; approved partners also get CAD resources.

Working with integrators and contractors

Professionals apply once for an Auriga partner account. Approval unlocks dealer pricing, ordering, saved project lists and the project estimator — upload plans, and it produces a bill of materials with KNX bus-power calculations. Project pricing for a specific installation starts with a quote request, answered personally, typically within one business day.
